Sukta 133
khilā́ni | vitátau kiraṇáu dváu tā́vā pinaṣṭi pú̄ruṣaḥ | ná vaí kumāri tát tathā́ yáthā kumāri mányase
Khila-verses. Two ‘rays’ are spread abroad; those two, even so, the man presses. Not truly, O maiden, is that so, as, O maiden, thou imaginest.
Rishi: Uncertain (khila designation; r̥ṣi attribution not recoverable from the isolated stanza).
Devata: Not a deity-hymn; pragmatic address to a ‘kumārī’ (maiden) with implicit concern for generative powers.
Chandas: Likely Anuṣṭubh-like cadence, but exact metrical scansion is uncertain from the excerpted khila line.
