प्राचींप्राचीं प्रदिशमा रभेथामेतं लोकं श्रद्दधानाः सचन्ते । यद् वां पक्वं परिविष्टमग्नौ तस्य गुप्तये दंपती सं श्रयेथाम्

IAST Transliteration

prā́cīṁ-prā́cīṁ pradíśam ā́ rabhéthām etáṁ lokáṁ śraddádhānāḥ sacante | yád vā́ṁ pakváṁ parivíṣṭam agnáu tásya gúptaye dampatī́ sáṁ śrayethām ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Eastward—still eastward—seize ye the quarter; unto this world the faithful cleave and follow. What for you twain is cooked and duly served about in the Fire, for the guarding of that, O Husband and Wife, together take your station.

Translation

ପୂର୍ବଦିଗକୁ—ଆଉ ଅଧିକ ପୂର୍ବକୁ—ତୁମେ ସେ ଦିଗକୁ ଧର; ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାବାନମାନେ ଏହି ଲୋକକୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ କରି ଅନୁସରଣ କରନ୍ତି। ଅଗ୍ନିରେ ତୁମ ଦୁହଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯାହା ପକାଯାଇ ଏବଂ ବିଧିପୂର୍ବକ ଚାରିପାଖେ ପରିବେଷ୍ଟିତ ହୋଇଛି, ତାହାର ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ, ହେ ଦମ୍ପତି (ପତି-ପତ୍ନୀ), ତୁମେ ଦୁହେଁ ଏକାସାଥି ନିଜ ସ୍ଥାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କର।
