त्रयो लोकाः संमिता ब्राह्मणेन द्यौरेवासौ पृथिव्य१न्तरिक्षम्। अंशून् गृभीत्वान्वारभेथामा प्यायन्तां पुनरा यन्तु शूर्पम्

IAST Transliteration

tráyo lokā́ḥ sáṃmitā brā́hmaṇena dyáur evā́sau pṛthivī́ ’ntárikṣam | aṃśū́n gṛbhītvā́nv ārabhēthām ā́ pyāyantāṃ púnar ā́ yantu śū́rpam ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

The three worlds are compacted into measure by Brahman: yonder is Heaven, and Earth, and Mid-air. Having taken the fibres, take hold in due sequence; let them wax full, and let them come again unto the winnowing-fan.

Translation

ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ (ବ୍ରହ୍ମ)ର ମାପରେ ତିନି ଲୋକ ସଂମିତ—ସେଠି ଦ୍ୟୌ (ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ), ଏଠି ପୃଥିବୀ, ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନ୍ତରିକ୍ଷ। ଅଂଶୁ (ତନ୍ତୁ/ରେଶା) ଧରି କ୍ରମକ୍ରମେ ଧରଣ କର; ସେମାନେ ପୁଷ୍ଟି ପାଇ ଭରିଉଠୁନ୍ତୁ, ଏବଂ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଶୂର୍ପ (ଛାଜ/ଝାଡ଼ା-ପଖା) ପାଖକୁ ଫେରିଆସୁନ୍ତୁ।
