समिद्धो अग्न आहुत स नो माभ्यपक्रमीः । अत्रैव दीदिहि द्यवि ज्योक् च सूर्यं दृशे

IAST Transliteration

samíddho agna āhutá sá no mā́bhyàpákramīḥ | atráiva dī́dihi dyávi jyók ca sū́ryaṃ dṛśé ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Kindled art thou, O Agni, and invoked with offering: from us depart not, withdraw not. Here verily blaze thou; in heaven shine long, and grant us sight of the Sun.

Translation

ହେ ଅଗ୍ନି, ତୁମେ ସମିଦ୍ଧ ହୋଇଛ; ଆହୁତିଦ୍ୱାରା ଆହ୍ୱାନିତ ହୋଇଛ। ଆମଠାରୁ ଦୂରକୁ ଯାଅନି, ପଛକୁ ହଟନି। ଏଠିଏ ଦୀଦିହି—ଏଠିଏ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ହୁଅ; ଦ୍ୟାଉରେ ଜ୍ୟୋକ୍ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳ ଦୀପ୍ତ ରୁହ, ଏବଂ ଆମକୁ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟଦର୍ଶନ ଦିଅ।
