अमा घृतं कृणुते केवलमाचार्यो भूत्वा वरुणो यद्यदैच्छत् प्रजापतौ । तद् ब्रह्मचारी प्रायच्छत् स्वन् मित्रो अध्यात्मनः

IAST Transliteration

ámā ghṛtáṃ kṛṇute kévalam ācā́ryo bhūtvā́ váruṇo yád-yad áicchat prajā́patau | tád brahmacārī prā́yacchat svàṃ mítró adhyā́tmanaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

At home he makes ghee, and that alone: the Teacher, becoming Varuṇa, whatsoever he desired in Prajāpati— that the Brahmacārin handed forth; heaven—Mitra—within the self.

Translation

ଘରେ ସେ ଆଜ୍ୟ (ଘୃତ) ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରେ—ସେଇ ଏକମାତ୍ର; ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ବରୁଣ ହୋଇ, ପ୍ରଜାପତିରେ ଯାହା-ଯାହା ଇଚ୍ଛା କଲେ—ସେସବୁ ବ୍ରହ୍ମଚାରୀ ଅର୍ପଣ କଲା। ସ୍ୱନ୍ (ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ)—ମିତ୍ର—ଆତ୍ମାଭିତରେ (ଅଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମନଃ) ଅବସ୍ଥିତ।
