Sukta 9
बालास्ते प्रोक्षणीः सन्तु जीह्वा सं मार्ष्ट्वघ्न्ये । शुद्धा त्वं यज्ञिया भूत्वा दिवं प्रेहि शतौदने
bālā́s te prókṣaṇīḥ santu jihvā́ sáṃ mārṣṭv aghnye | śuddhā́ tváṃ yajñíyā bhūtvā́ diváṃ prá ehi śatáudane ||
Let thy calves be sprinklers; let thy tongue, O inviolable, cleanse thee wholly. Purified, made meet for sacrifice, go thou forth to heaven, O Śataudanā.
ତୋର ବଛଡ଼ାମାନେ ପ୍ରୋକ୍ଷଣୀ (ଛିଟାଇବା ପାତ୍ର/ଛିଟାଇବାଳା) ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ହେ ଅଘ୍ନ୍ୟେ (ଅବଧ୍ୟ), ତୋର ଜିଭ ତୋତେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ କରୁ। ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ହୋଇ, ଯଜ୍ଞଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହୋଇ, ହେ ଶତୌଦନେ, ତୁ ଦିବ (ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ) କୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କର।
