तिस्रो जिह्वा वरुणस्यान्तर्दीद्यत्यासनि । तासां या मध्ये राजति सा वशा दुष्प्रतिग्रहा

IAST Transliteration

tísro jihvā́ váruṇasyā́ntardī́dyatyā ásani | tāsā́ṃ yā́ mádhye rā́jati sā́ vaśā́ dúṣpratigrahā́

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Three are the tongues of Varuṇa, shining inwardly; of them, that which in the midst is resplendent—she is the Vaśā, hard to be accepted.

Translation

ବରୁଣଙ୍କ ତିନୋଟି ଜିହ୍ବା ଅଛି, ଯାହା ଅନ୍ତରେ ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ ଭାବେ ଜ୍ଵଳେ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯେଉଁଟି ମଧ୍ୟଭାଗରେ ରାଜେ, ତେଜସ୍ବୀ—ସେଇ ବଶା, ଦୁଷ୍ପ୍ରତିଗ୍ରହା, ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ କଠିନ।
