शस्त्रेण रसेन वा विक्रान्तं तत्रैव घातयेद्भ्रातृघातकोऽयमिति ॥ कZ_०५.१.०७ ॥

Transliteration

śastreṇa rasena vā vikrāntaṃ tatraiva ghātayed bhrātṛghātako 'yam iti

Translation

ପ୍ରେରିତ ହୋଇ ସେ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିଲେ, ତାକୁ ସେଠାରେଇ—ଶସ୍ତ୍ରରେ କିମ୍ବା ବିଷରେ—ହତ୍ୟା କରିବା ଉଚିତ, ଏବଂ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବା ଉଚିତ—“ଏହା ଭ୍ରାତୃଘାତକ।”
