Transliteration

samarthaṃ tadvido vinayeyuḥ

Translation

ନିଜ ନିଜ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞମାନେ ସମର୍ଥ (ୟୁବରାଜ/ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ)କୁ ଶିଷ୍ଟାଚାର ଓ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳାରେ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଦେବା ଉଚିତ।
