Transliteration

yathāsāmarthyam iti kauṭilyaḥ

Translation

କୌଟିଲ୍ୟ କହନ୍ତି—ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସାମର୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ କ୍ଷମତା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
