अपूर्वस्य संधेः सानुबन्धैः सामादिभिः पर्येषणं समहीनज्यायसां च यथाबलमवस्थापनमकृतचिकीर्षा ॥ कZ_०७.६.१९ ॥
Transliteration
apūrvasya saṃdheḥ sānubandhaiḥ sāmādibhiḥ paryeṣaṇaṃ samahīnajyāyasāṃ ca yathābalam avasthāpanam akṛtacikīrṣā
Translation
‘ଅକୃତଚିକୀର୍ଷା’ (ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନ କରା ନୀତି): ସାମାଦି (ସାମ, ଦାନ, ଭେଦ, ଦଣ୍ଡ) ଉପାୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଅନୁବନ୍ଧ ସହିତ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ନୂତନ ସନ୍ଧିର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଖୋଜିବା; ଏବଂ ସମ, ହୀନ ଓ ଜ୍ୟାୟସ (ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ) ଶକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ବଳ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଅବସ୍ଥାନରେ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବା।
