Translation
ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ନିରପେକ୍ଷତା ଖୋଜିବା ନୀତି (ଉଦାସୀନ-ଲିପ୍ସା) ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା କରାଗଲା।
