tena vyasanī vyākhyātaḥ

Translation

ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ବ୍ୟସନାସକ୍ତ (କୁଶାସକ) ରାଜାଙ୍କର ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା/ପରିଭାଷା ହେଲା।
