Transliteration

dūṣyabāhulyam atyāvāpaḥ

Translation

ଯେତେବେଳେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ/ଦୋଷଯୁକ୍ତ ଉପାଦାନ ଅଧିକ ଥାଏ, ସେହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ‘ଅତ୍ୟାବାପ’ (ଅତି-ବଣ୍ଟନ) କୁହାଯାଏ।
