जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

ଯଦି ସେ ଜାତିବିଶିଷ୍ଟ, ଅନିଚ୍ଛୁକ କିମ୍ବା ସନ୍ତାନବତୀ ହୁଏ, ତେବେ ଯଥୋଚିତ ନିଷ୍କ୍ରୟ (କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ/ପ୍ରତିଦାନ) ନେଇ ତାକୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
