राज्ञश्च प्रकृतीनां च कल्पयेदन्तरा स्थितः ॥ कZ_०४.१०.१८च्द् ॥
Transliteration
rājñaśca prakṛtīnāṃ ca kalpayedantarā sthitaḥ
Translation
ସେ ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥ ଭାବେ ରହି ରାଜା ଓ ପ୍ରଜାମାନଙ୍କ (ପ୍ରକୃତି) ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ଧ୍ୟାନରେ ରଖି ଦଣ୍ଡକୁ ସମନ୍ୱୟ/ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
