जनपदान्ते ध्रुवनिधिमापदर्थमभित्यक्तैः कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.५.०४ ॥

Transliteration

janapadānte dhruvanidhim āpadartham abhityaktaiḥ kārayet

Translation

ଜନପଦର ସୀମାନ୍ତରେ, ଆପଦକାଳ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ରିଜର୍ଭ-ନିଧି/ଧନଭଣ୍ଡାର, ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତ/ଦାବିହୀନ ସମ୍ପଦ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଇବା ଉଚିତ।
