विपर्यये मूल्यद्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.१४ ॥
Transliteration
viparyaye mūlya-dviguṇo daṇḍaḥ.
Translation
ବିପରୀତ ମିଳିଲେ (ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ ହେଲେ) ଦଣ୍ଡ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ଦ୍ୱିଗୁଣ।
