pravīre vāstuni rājaniveśaś cāturvarṇyasamājīve

Translation

ପ୍ରବୀର (ମୁଖ୍ୟ/କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ) ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରାଜନିବାସ ଏବଂ ଚାତୁର୍ବର୍ଣ୍ୟର ଜୀବିକା-ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
