Transliteration
evaṃ durgacaturbhāgaṃ sthānikaś cintayet
Translation
ଏହିପରି ଭାବରେ ସ୍ଥାନିକ ଦୁର୍ଗ (କୋଟବଦ୍ଧ ନଗର)ର ଚାରି ଭାଗକୁ ସଦା ମୂଲ୍ୟାଙ୍କନ କରି ତଦାରଖ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
