पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଧୁଳି/ଆବର୍ଜନା ଫେଙ୍କିଲେ ମାନକ ଦଣ୍ଡର ଅଷ୍ଟମାଂଶ ଜରିମାନା; କାଦୁଆ ଓ ପାଣିର ପ୍ରବାହ ଅଟକାଇଲେ ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ଜରିମାନା।
