Transliteration
samāhartṛvan nāgariko nagaraṃ cintayet
Translation
ସମାହର୍ତ୍ତୃଙ୍କ ପରି ନାଗରିକ (ନଗର-ଅଧୀକ୍ଷକ) ସଦା ନଗରକୁ ବିଚାର କରି ତଦାରଖ ଓ ପରିଚାଳନା କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
