बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

ରାଜବିରୋଧୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅବୈଧ ଭାବେ ପାର୍ ହେବା ଭୟଙ୍କର/କଠିନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧିତ/ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ତୀର୍ଥ (ଘାଟ) ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ।
