Transliteration

ubhayaṃ ca prajānām anugraheṇa vikrāpayet

Translation

ଏବଂ ସେ ଉଭୟ (ଦେଶୀ ଓ ବିଦେଶୀ) ପଣ୍ୟକୁ ପ୍ରଜାଙ୍କ ହିତକୁ ଧ୍ୟାନରେ ରଖି ବିକ୍ରି କରାଇବ।
