अनभियोगश्चार्थेष्वागन्तूनामन्यत्र सभ्योपकारिभ्यः ॥ कZ_०२.१६.१३ ॥

Transliteration

anabhiyogaś cārtheṣv āgantūnām anyatra sabhyopakāribhyaḥ

Translation

ବାଣିଜ୍ୟିକ ବିଷୟରେ ବାହାରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ବ୍ୟାପାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଦାବି/ହେରାସମେଣ୍ଟ କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ—କେବଳ ସେମାନେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କୁ (କିମ୍ବା ନାଗରିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷାଧୀନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ) କ୍ଷତି କରିଥିଲେ ଛାଡ଼।
