Transliteration

kauṭilyena narendrārthe śāsanasya vidhiḥ kṛtaḥ

Translation

ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ହିତାର୍ଥେ କୌଟିଲ୍ୟ ଶାସନ-ଆଦେଶ (ଶାସନ)ର ବିଧି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
