तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
ଏହେତୁ ରାଜଲେଖକ ଅମାତ୍ୟସମ୍ପଦାଯୁକ୍ତ ହେଉ; ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଅବସର/ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗର ଜ୍ଞାତା, ଶୀଘ୍ର ଲେଖନକାରୀ, ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଓ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଅକ୍ଷରଯୁକ୍ତ, ଏବଂ ଲେଖନ ଓ ପଢ଼ି ଶୁଣାଇବା—ଦୁହିଁରେ ସମର୍ଥ ହେଉ।
