समन्ततः शत्रुभ्यो भयोत्पत्तिः समन्त्तोऽनर्थापद्भवति ॥ कZ_०९.७.२६ ॥

Transliteration

samantataḥ śatrubhyo bhayotpattiḥ samantato 'narthāpad bhavati

Translation

ଚାରିଦିଗରୁ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଭୟ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହେଲେ, ଚାରିଦିଗରେ ‘ଅନର୍ଥ-ଆପଦ’ (କ୍ଷତି-ସଙ୍କଟ) ଉଦ୍ଭବ ହୁଏ।
