Transliteration

yugya-puruṣa-apacayaḥ kṣayaḥ.

Translation

ସେବାଯୋଗ୍ୟ (ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ) ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କର ହ୍ରାସକୁ ‘କ୍ଷୟ’ (ହାନି) କୁହାଯାଏ।
