Chapter 139 — षष्टिसंवत्सराः (The Sixty Years)
ଯୁଦ୍ଧଜୟାର୍ଣବର ଜ୍ୟୋତିଷ-ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଈଶ୍ୱର ଷଷ୍ଟି-ସଂବତ୍ସର ଚକ୍ରକୁ ରାଜଧର୍ମ ଓ ସମାଜହିତ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଶୁଭ-ଅଶୁଭ ଫଳ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟର ଢାଞ୍ଚା ଭାବେ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଭବ, ବିଭବ, ପ୍ରଜାପତି, ଅଙ୍ଗିରା, ଈଶ୍ୱର, ପ୍ରମାଥୀ, ବିକ୍ରମ, ଦୁର୍ମୁଖ, ହେମଲମ୍ବ, ବିଲମ୍ବ ଆଦି ନାମିତ ବର୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଯଜ୍ଞ-ସମୃଦ୍ଧି, ପ୍ରଜାସୁଖ, ଶସ୍ୟଫଳ, ବର୍ଷା (ମଧ୍ୟମ/ଅତିବୃଷ୍ଟି), ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ-ରୋଗ, ଧନହାନି, ସାମାଜିକ କଠୋରତା ଓ ବିଜୟ-ସମ୍ଭାବନା ସହ ଯୋଡ଼ାଯାଇଛି। ରକ୍ତସଦୃଶ ସ୍ରାବ, ରକ୍ତିମ ଚକ୍ଷୁ, ତାମ୍ରବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆକାଶ, ଉଫାନ ଜଳ ଏବଂ ‘ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥ/ରୌଦ୍ର/ଦୁର୍ମତି/ଦୁନ୍ଦୁଭି’ ପରି ଅବସ୍ଥାକୁ କାଳ-ସଂକେତ ନିମିତ୍ତ ଭାବେ ଦେଖାଇ ନୀତି, ସେନା-ସାବଧାନତା ଓ ଲୋକକଲ୍ୟାଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କରାଯାଏ। ଏହା ରାଜ୍ୟମୁଖୀ ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ଜ୍ୟୋତିଷ ମାନୁଆଲ, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ କାଳକୁ ଧର୍ମ, ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଓ କୌଶଳଗତ ସଫଳତା ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ସୂଚନା ଭାବେ ଧରାଯାଇଛି।
