Ganapati

एकदन्तं चतुर्हस्तं पाशमङ्कुशधारिणम् ।

रदं च वरदं हस्तैर्बिभ्राणं मूषकध्वजम् ।

रक्तं लम्बोदरं शूर्पकर्णकं रक्तवाससम् ।

रक्तगन्धानुलिप्ताङ्गं रक्तपुष्पैः सुपूजितम् ।

भक्तानुकम्पिनं देवं जगत्कारणमच्युतम् ।

आविर्भूतं च सृष्ट्यादौ प्रकृतेः पुरुषात्परम् ।

एवं ध्यायति यो नित्यं स योगी योगिनां वरः ॥११–१४॥

रदम् । च । वरदम् । हस्तैः । बिभ्राणम् । मूषक-ध्वजम् ।

रक्तम् । लम्बोदरम् । शूर्प-कर्णकम् । रक्त-वाससम् ।

रक्त-गन्ध-अनुलिप्त-अङ्गम् । रक्त-पुष्पैः । सु-पूजितम् ।

भक्त-अनुकम्पिनम् । देवम् । जगत्-कारणम् । अच्युतम् ।

आविर्भूतम् । च । सृष्टि-आदौ । प्रकृतेः । पुरुषात् । परम् ।

एवम् । ध्यायति । यः । नित्यम् । सः । योगी । योगिनाम् । वरः ॥

ekadantaṃ caturhastaṃ pāśāṅkuśadhāriṇam |

radaṃ ca varadaṃ hastair bibhrāṇaṃ mūṣakadhvajam |

raktaṃ lambodaraṃ śūrpakarṇakaṃ raktavāsasam |

raktagandhānuliptāṅgaṃ raktapuṣpaiḥ supūjitam |

bhaktānukampinaṃ devaṃ jagatkāraṇam acyutam |

āvirbhūtaṃ ca sṛṣṭyādau prakṛteḥ puruṣāt param |

evaṃ dhyāyati yo nityaṃ sa yogī yogināṃ varaḥ ||11–14||

(ဂဏပတိကို ဤသို့ သမาธိပြုပါ:) တစ်စွယ်ရှင်၊ လက်လေးဖက်ရှိ၍ ကြိုးချည် (ပာရှ) နှင့် ဆင်ချွန် (အင်ကူရှ) ကို ကိုင်ဆောင်သူ; ထို့ပြင် စွယ်တစ်ချောင်းနှင့် ကောင်းချီးပေးသော မုဒြာကို လက်များဖြင့် ထမ်းဆောင်၍ ကြွက်ကို သင်္ကေတတံခွန်အဖြစ် ထားသူ။ အနီရောင်၊ ဝမ်းဗိုက်ကြီး၊ စပါးလှော်ပန်ကာကဲ့သို့ နားကြီး၊ အနီဝတ်စုံဝတ်ဆင်သူ; ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါများကို အနီရနံ့ဖြင့် လိမ်းကျံထား၍ အနီပန်းများဖြင့် ကောင်းစွာ ပူဇော်ခံသူ; ဘက္တများကို ကရုဏာပြုသော ဒေဝ၊ လောက၏ မဖျက်မပျက် အကြောင်းရင်း; ဖန်ဆင်းခြင်းအစ၌ ပေါ်ထွန်း၍ ပရကృతိကိုလည်း ကျော်လွန်၊ ပုရုရှကိုလည်း ကျော်လွန်သူ။ ဤသို့ အမြဲတမ်း သမาธိပြုသူသည် ယောဂီဖြစ်၍ ယောဂီတို့အနက် အမြတ်ဆုံးဖြစ်၏။

(Meditate on Gaṇapati as) the One-tusked, four-handed bearer of the noose and goad; holding (also) a tusk and the boon-giving (gesture) with his hands, having the mouse as his banner. (Meditate on him as) red, pot-bellied, with winnow-like ears, wearing red garments; with limbs anointed with red fragrance, well worshiped with red flowers; the god compassionate to devotees, the imperishable cause of the world; manifested at the beginning of creation, beyond Prakṛti and beyond Puruṣa. He who meditates thus always—he is a yogin, the best among yogins.
