ॐ इत्येकाक्षरं ब्रह्म ॐ इत्येकेन रेचयेत् । दिव्यमन्त्रेण बहुशः कुर्यादात्ममलच्युतिम् ॥२१॥

ॐ इति । एक-अक्षरम् । ब्रह्म । ॐ इति । एकेन । रेचयेत् । दिव्य-मन्त्रेण । बहुशः । कुर्यात् । आत्म-मल-च्युतिम् ॥

IAST Transliteration

oṃ ity ekākṣaraṃ brahma oṃ ity ekena recayet | divyamantreṇa bahuśaḥ kuryād ātmamala-cyutim ||21||

Translation

«အိုမ်» သည် တစ်လုံးတည်းသော ဘြဟ္မန် ဖြစ်သည်။ «အိုမ်» တစ်လုံးတည်းဖြင့် အသက်ရှူထုတ်ခြင်းကို ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။ သာသနာတော်မန်တရားကို ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ လေ့ကျင့်ခြင်းဖြင့် အတ္တ၏ အညစ်အကြေး ပျောက်ကွယ်ကျသွားစေရာသည်။

Academic Translation

‘Oṃ’—the one-syllabled Brahman. With the single (syllable) ‘Oṃ’ one should perform exhalation; by repeated practice with the divine mantra one should bring about the falling away of the impurity of the self.
