प्रणवं पूर्वमुद्धृत्य पश्चादाधार मुद्धरेत् । तत्पश्चाच्छक्तिकमलं चतुर्थ्यंतं नमोन्तकम्
praṇavaṃ pūrvamuddhṛtya paścādādhāra muddharet | tatpaścācchaktikamalaṃ caturthyaṃtaṃ namontakam
ပထမဦးစွာ ပ္ရဏဝ (Oṁ) ကို ထုတ်ဆိုရမည်။ ထို့နောက် အာဓာရ (Ādhāra) အထောက်အကူ ဘီဇကို ထုတ်ဆိုရမည်။ ထို့နောက် ရှက္တိ-ကမလ (Śakti-lotus) အင်အားဘီဇကို စတုတ္ထဝိဘတ် (ဒေတိဗ်) ဖြင့် အဆုံးသတ်ကာ နောက်ဆုံးတွင် «နမဟ်» ဟူသော အညွှန်းဖြင့် ပိတ်ရမည်။
