Ayodhya Return, Bridal Reception, and Bharata’s Departure
अयं केकयराजस्य पुत्रो वसति पुत्रक।।1.77.18।।त्वां नेतुमागतो वीर युधाजिन्मातुलस्तव।
ayaṃ kekayarājasya putro vasati putraka || 1.77.18 ||
tvāṃ netum āgato vīra yudhājin mātulas tava |
“သားရေ၊ ကေကယနိုင်ငံဘုရင်၏သားတော်—မိခင်ဘက်အမတ်လ် ယုဓာဇစ်—ဤနေရာသို့ရောက်လာ၍ နေထိုင်လျက်ရှိသည်။ အို သူရဲကောင်း၊ သင့်ကိုခေါ်ဆောင်သွားလို၍ လာရောက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်” ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
O Knower of dharma this was his request to me in Mithila in the midst of sages. You should bring him delight (by obliging him).
Respecting family bonds and obligations: a maternal uncle’s request is treated as significant within kinship-dharma.
Daśaratha informs Bharata that Yudhājit has come from Kekaya and wants to take him back.
