Transliteration

rātriṃ kathañcidevemāṃ saumitre vartayāmahe | apāvartāmahe bhūmāv āstīrya svayamārjitaiḥ ||

Translation

အို စောမိတ္တရီ (လက္ခမဏ)၊ ယနေ့ညကို မည်သို့ပင်ဖြစ်စေ ကျော်ဖြတ်ရမည်။ မြေပေါ်တွင် လဲလျောင်း၍ ကိုယ်တိုင် စုဆောင်းထားသမျှကို ခင်းပေးမည်။
