मारीचवधोत्तरं रामस्य शङ्का-निमित्त-दर्शनं लक्ष्मण-निग्रहश्च

तं दीनमनसो दीनमासेदुर्मृगपक्षिणः।सव्यं कृत्वा महात्मानं घोरांश्च ससृजुस्स्वरान्।।।।
taṃ dīnamanaso dīnam āsedur mṛgapakṣiṇaḥ |
savyaṃ kṛtvā mahātmānaṃ ghorāṃś ca sasṛjuḥ svarān ||
တိရစ္ဆာန်များနှင့် ငှက်များသည် စိတ်ညှိုးနွမ်းကာ ဝမ်းနည်းသဖြင့် သူ့ထံသို့ နီးကပ်လာကြ၏။ မဟာအတ္မာကို မိမိတို့၏ ဘယ်ဘက်တွင်ထားကာ ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် အော်ဟစ်သံများကို ထုတ်လွှင့်ကြ하였다။
