कथं वैश्रवणं देवं सर्वभूतनमस्कृतम्।भ्रातरं व्यपदिश्य त्वमशुभं कर्तुमिच्छसि।।।।
kathaṃ vaiśravaṇaṃ devaṃ sarva-bhūta-namaskṛtam |
bhrātaraṃ vyapadiśya tvam aśubhaṃ kartum icchasi ||
“သတ္တဝါအားလုံးက နမස්ကာရပြုကြသော ဝိုင်ශ්ရဝဏ ဒေဝ—ကူဗေရကို ‘အစ်ကို’ ဟု ခေါ်ဆိုနေပြီးမှ၊ မင်္ဂလာမရှိသော အမှုကို မည်သို့ ပြုလိုသနည်း?”
