The Disfigurement of Śūrpaṇakhā
एनां विरूपामसतीं करालां निर्णतोदरीम्।भार्यां वृद्धां परित्यज्य त्वामेवैष भजिष्यति।।।।
enāṃ virūpām asatīṃ karālāṃ nirṇatodarīm | bhāryāṃ vṛddhāṃ parityajya tvām evaiṣa bhajiṣyati ||
အရုပ်ဆိုး၍ သစ္စာမရှိ၊ ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ်ကောင်းကာ ဝမ်းပျော့ယားသော အိုမင်းသည့် မယားကို စွန့်ပစ်ပြီး၊ သူသည် သင်တစ်ဦးတည်းကိုသာ ရွေးချယ်ကာ ကိုးကွယ်ဆည်းကပ်လိမ့်မည်။
