Dhanada (Kubera)

FAQs

Dhanada is an epithet of Kubera, the lord of wealth and guardian of the northern direction, whose residence is often described as a splendid divine abode.

It depicts a scene of sheltered prosperity: maidens, lovingly cared for by their fathers, enjoying refined pastimes and residing in Kubera’s abode.

Indirectly, it highlights themes of care, protection, and well-being within a prosperous setting, rather than an explicit bhakti or dharma instruction in this single line.
