Sūta (narrating Narada Purana’s tīrtha-māhātmya discourse)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It declares the tīrtha-phala: bathing in Kalākuṇḍa grants assured eligibility for mokṣa, and worship of Kapileśa leads to exalted post-mortem attainment—joining the Kapila host—showing the Purāṇic power of tīrtha and īśvara-arcana together.
Bhakti is expressed as samyak-arcana (proper worship) of Kapileśa; the verse links devotional worship with transformative results, teaching that reverent tīrtha-sevā plus deity-worship yields liberation-oriented merit.
Ritual praxis is implied: tīrtha-snāna (purificatory bath) and arcana (formal worship) follow kalpa-style procedure, emphasizing correct performance of rites rather than a technical discussion of grammar or astrology.
