Adhyaya 70 — The King Confronts the Rakshasa and Restores the Brahmin’s Wife
राजोवाच स्वभावं वयमश्नीमस्त्वयोक्तं यन्निशाचर ।
तदर्थिनो वयं येन कार्येण शृणु तन्मम ॥
rājovāca svabhāvaṃ vayam aśnīmas tvayoktaṃ yan niśācara |
tad-arthino vayaṃ yena kāryeṇa śṛṇu tan mama ||
မင်းကြီးက ပြောသည်— «အို ညလှည့်သွားသူ၊ သင်ပြောသကဲ့သို့ အရာတို့ကို ၎င်းတို့၏ သဘာဝအတိုင်း ငါတို့ လက်ခံ၍ စီမံသည်။ ငါတို့တွင်လည်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက်တစ်ရပ် ရှိသည်—ထိုအကျိုးအတွက် ငါလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်ကို နားထောင်လော့» ဟု။
