Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
अनुरागी जनो याति परोक्षे गुणकीर्तनम् ।
न बभ्यति च सत्त्वानि सिद्धेर्लक्षणमुत्तमम् ॥
anurāgī jano yāti parokṣe guṇa-kīrtanam /
na babhyati ca sattvāni siddher lakṣaṇam uttamam //
လူတို့သည် ချစ်ခင်လာကြပြီး၊ မိမိမရှိသည့်အခါတောင် မိမိ၏ဂုဏ်သတ္တိများကို ချီးမွမ်းပြောဆိုကြသည်။ သတ္တဝါတို့လည်း (သူ့ကို) မကြောက်ရွံ့ကြ။ ဤသည်မှာ စိဒ္ဓိ (siddhi) ရရှိခြင်း၏ အလွန်ကောင်းမြတ်သော လက္ခဏာဖြစ်သည်။
