देशेष्वेतेषु तत्त्वज्ञो योगाभ्यासं विवर्जयेत् ।
सत्त्वस्यानुपपत्तौ च देशकालं विवर्जयेत् ॥
deśeṣv eteṣu tattva-jño yogābhyāsaṃ vivarjayet / sattvasyānupapattau ca deśa-kālaṃ vivarjayet
ထိုကဲ့သို့သောနေရာများတွင် တတ္တဝါကို သိမြင်သူသည် ယောဂကျင့်စဉ်ကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်သင့်၏။ ထို့ပြင် စတ္တဝ (သန့်ရှင်းကြည်လင်မှုနှင့် ညီမျှမှု) မရနိုင်သည့်အခါတိုင်း ထိုနေရာနှင့် ထိုအချိန်ကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်သင့်၏။
