पूरयित्वा बुधो देहं प्रत्याहारमुपक्रमेत् । प्राणायामा दश द्वौ च धारणा साभिधीयते ॥
pūrayitvā budho dehaṃ pratyāhāram upakramet | prāṇāyāmā daśa dvau ca dhāraṇā sābhidhīyate ||
ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ကို ပြည့်ဝစေပြီးနောက် ပညာရှိသည် ပရတ်ယာဟာရကို စတင်ရမည်။ ဤနေရာတွင် ပရာဏာယာမ ဆယ်နှင့် နှစ် (စုစုပေါင်း တစ်ဆယ့်နှစ်) ကို ‘ဓာရဏာ’ ဟု ခေါ်ကြသည်။
