दानानि चैव देयानि ब्राह्मणेभ्यो मनीषिभिः ।

यद्यदिष्टतमं लोके यच्चापि ययितं गृहे ॥

Transliteration

dānāni caiva deyāni brāhmaṇebhyo manīṣibhiḥ /

yady adiṣṭatamaṃ loke yac cāpi yayitaṃ gṛhe

Translation

ပညာရှိတို့သည် ဘြာဟ္မဏတို့အား ဒါနပေးသင့်သည်—လောက၌ အလိုအပ်ဆုံး၊ နှစ်သက်အမြတ်ဆုံးသောအရာနှင့် မိမိအိမ်တွင် အလွန်တန်ဖိုးထားချစ်မြတ်နိုးသောအရာတို့ကိုပင် ပေးလှူရမည်။
