Adhyaya 3 — The Dharmapakshis’ Past-Life Curse and Indra’s Test of Truthfulness
बिभ्यतां मरणात् तात त्वमस्माकं महामते ।
क्षन्तुमर्हसि दीनानां जीवितप्रियता हि नः ॥
bibhyatāṃ maraṇāt tāta tvam asmākaṃ mahāmate |
kṣantum arhasi dīnānāṃ jīvitapriyatā hi naḥ ||
“အချစ်တော်၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် သေခြင်းကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ပါသည်။ အကြီးမားသောစိတ်ရှိသူရေ၊ အပင်ပန်းဆင်းရဲသော ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို ခွင့်လွှတ်ပေးသင့်ပါသည်၊ အကြောင်းမူကား အသက်သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အတွက် အလွန်ချစ်ခင်ဖွယ် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။”
