सहदेवस्य गोसंख्य-तन्तिपाल-रूपेण विराट-समागमः | Sahadeva’s Audience with Virāṭa as Cattle-Enumerator
Tantipāla
स्त्रियो राजकुले याश्व याश्चैमा मम वेश्मनि । प्रसक्तास्त्वां निरीक्षन्ते पुमांसं कं न मोहये:,इस राजकुलमें जितनी स्त्रियाँ हैं तथा मेरे महलमें भी जो ये सुन्दरियाँ हैं, वे सब एकटक तुम्हारी ओर निहार रही हैं; फिर पुरुष कौन ऐसा होगा, जिसे तुम मोहित न कर सको?
striyo rājakule yāś ca yāś caimā mama veśmani | prasaktās tvāṁ nirīkṣante pumāṁsaṁ kaṁ na mohayeḥ ||
ဝိုင်သမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်– «နန်းတော်အတွင်းရှိ မိန်းမများလည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ့အိမ်တော်အတွင်းရှိ မိန်းမမြတ်များလည်းကောင်း၊ အားလုံးသည် သင့်ကို မျက်စိမလွှဲဘဲ စူးစိုက်ကြည့်နေကြ၏။ ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင် သင် မမိုဟ်မနိုင်သော ယောကျာ်းဟူ၍ မည်သူရှိနိုင်မည်နည်း?»
