Educational Q&A

The verse highlights prudent counsel in action: when a course of effort (searching) reaches its limit, one should reassess and then communicate timely, beneficial information—speech that is both pleasing and welfare-bringing.

The speaker signals a shift in the episode: after discussing the ongoing search for the Pāṇḍavas, he asks what further steps remain and then introduces an additional message described as pleasing and auspicious for the addressed hero.
