तानब्रुवन् महात्मान: स्थिता: प्राजजलयस्तदा । अभ्यनुज्ञापयिष्यन्तस्तं निवासं धृतव्रता:
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tān abruvan mahātmānaḥ sthitāḥ prāñjalayas tadā | abhyanujñāpayiṣyantas taṃ nivāsaṃ dhṛtavratāḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်— ထိုအခါ မဟာသတ္တဝါတို့သည် မိမိတို့၏ ဝရတကို တည်ကြည်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းလျက် လက်အုပ်ချီကာ ရပ်နေပြီး၊ မကြာမီ ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် လျှို့ဝှက်နေထိုင်မှု (အမည်မဖော်နေထိုင်ခြင်း) ဟူသော နေထိုင်ပုံအကြောင်း ခွင့်ပြုချက်တောင်းလျက် ပြောကြား하였다။ ဤမြင်ကွင်းသည် စည်းကမ်းတကျ သန္နိဋ္ဌာန်နှင့် တရားသဘောအရ သင့်တော်သော ခွင့်ပြုချက်ကို အလေးထားကာ လျှို့ဝှက်ဘဝသို့ ဝင်မီ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာဖြင့် မူတည်နေမှုကို ထင်ဟပ်စေသည်။
