Yakṣa-saṃvāda: Yudhiṣṭhira’s Interrogation at the Guarded Water
श्वश्वृं शरीरसत्कारै: सर्वैराच्छादनादिभि: | श्वशुरं देवसत्कारैर्वाच: संयमनेन च,उसने शारीरिक सेवा तथा वस्त्राभूषण आदिके द्वारा सासको और वाणीके संयमपूर्वक देवोचित सत्कारद्वारा ससुरको संतुष्ट किया
śvaśrūṃ śarīra-satkāraiḥ sarvair ācchādanādibhiḥ | śvaśuraṃ deva-satkārair vācaḥ saṃyamanena ca ||
သူမသည် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြုစုဝန်ဆောင်ခြင်းနှင့် လေးစားစွာ စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်း အမျိုးမျိုး—အဖုံးအကာ၊ အဝတ်အစား စသည့်အရာများ ပံ့ပိုးခြင်းတို့ဖြင့် မိခင်မက်ကို စိတ်ကျေနပ်စေ하였다။ ထို့ပြင် စကားကို စည်းကမ်းတကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းကာ ဘုရားတစ်ပါးကို ဂုဏ်ပြုသကဲ့သို့ လေးမြတ်စွာ ဆက်ဆံခြင်းဖြင့် ဖခင်မက်ကိုလည်း စိတ်ကျေနပ်စေ하였다။
